London based clothing, accessory and prop designer Fred Butler, whom I only as of recently discovered thanks to the London Fashion Council, has got to be one of the most talented craftswoman in the industry. Her (and yes it's a she) three-dimensional structures have caught the eye of Lady Gaga, Le Roux, Nicki Minaj and M.A.C Cosmetics.
